Accounts
Give accurate details. A maximum of 2 accounts per network is allowed. Abuse leads to blocking.
Orders & payments
Manual payments are approved after we verify your transaction ID. Prices are confirmed on our servers at checkout.
Delivery & activation links
Activation links, accounts and keys must be used within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible if a link stops working, expires or is revoked by the provider after that 24-hour window, and delivered digital products are not refundable.
Wallet & bonus
Deposit and bonus balances are separate. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred. See the top-up & refund policy.
Acceptable use
No fraud, fake transaction IDs, self-referrals, scraping or attacks on the site.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
